MLA Project

The meat/abattoir industry is leading the way in the correct treatment of processing meat for general consumption. For many years HETECH has been producing turnkey products for the industry to assist with the meat tenderising process. Our products are developed in cooperation with MLA (Meat & Livestock Australia) and Stimtech (distributor). Almost all beef and lamb produced in Australia is tenderised by HETECH’s equipment. 

Skills Required: LCD display control, high voltage power control, micro-processor programming (Assembly and C), schematic creation, PCB layouts, assembly, test jig, programming, testing and customised packaging. 

Work Performed:

Complete Turnkey Electronic schematics, PCB layout, product assembly, design of test-jigs, mechanical preparation of enclosures, cabling and cable looms, production and customer documentation.
