QA & IPC & ISO Standards
ISO9001:2000 Certification

Our commitment to  QA (Quality Assurance) is an important and ongoing process at HETECH. NCS International, an independent QA auditor, has stringently audited HETECH’s management processes and HETECH has completed the ISO9001:2000 certification process.

HETECH’s General Manager, Mark Steiner, considers ISO9001:2000 certification an important part of HETECH’s QA programme and said: “...quality and service are at the core of our company’s ethos, and our aim is to offer our customers a quality product, swiftly, and at a competitive price”

QA
He also notes that with HETECH’s rapid growth, it is important that the company’s infrastructure and processes stay focused on QA procedures, hence he emphasises, the importance of independent QA auditing.
Electronics Manufacturing IPC Standards

In addition to ISO9001:2000 certification, HETECH's QA programme also includes IPC electronic manufacturing standards. IPC standards are set by the international Association Connecting Electronics Industries.

With over 2,700 members, a core purpose of the IPC is to publish a set of IPC standards to direct electronics companies in the pursuit of electronics manufacturing quality and consistency.

HETECH has been practising IPC standards several years. Jai Bentley, HETECH's product engineer, is an approved IPC standards instructor and regularly reviews and ensures implementation of  IPC standards to the manufacturing processes at HETECH.

New HETECH Logo
In September 2008, HETECH launched it's new logo. In keeping with our QA programme, we felt it was important to keep all aspects of our company up to date with the electronics industry, including HETECH's image. The new logo achieves this and still conveys HETECH's core principal of stability and reliability.
