Compliance Testing
As part of HETECH's electronics design services we ensure your product complies to the relevant standards and is safe to use. We go one step further and recommend additional safe guards and labelling to make extra sure your product is safe to use.
Not all products use high voltage (240V and higher) and therefore electrical safety testing is not required. However, there is still the legal requirement to comply to Electro Magnetic Emission standards (EMC) represented by the C-tick.
In order to sell or distribute a commercial produced product in Australia it must display a C-tick number. If you are unsure that your products comply, please give us a call (07) 3847 1400 or email and we can advise you what's required.
